If you are still in contract in your current home, and Virgin Media is unable to supply your new property (as they are not available everywhere in the UK), you may have to pay Early Termination Fees. If you are currently no longer in contract, you are free to choose a new provider, or choose Virgin Media again in your new home if they can supply it. If you are no longer in contract, the notification you send will instruct Virgin Media to close your account and final bill you.
