7. data security and the taking of appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data;
8. not transferring personal data to a country or territory outside the European Economic Area unless that country or territory ensures an adequate level of protection of the rights and freedoms of data subjects in relation to the processing of personal data.
IAM reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to and use of the Site, or any portion of the Site, in the event of any conduct by you or through your account which IAM, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of these Terms or any others from time to time issued or published by IAM.

Unauthorised entry and submitting false information contravenes the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and may incur criminal penalties as well as damages. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co- operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use this Site will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
